2026 NCUSAHA District Meeting

Description

It feels like spring in SD (or summer, as it was 95 degrees a couple weeks ago) and we are excited to share more info on the NC USAHA District meeting scheduled for May 11-14^th.

Registration includes lunch and evening meal on May 12^th, lunch and evening meal on May 13^th and lodging on May 13^th (double occupancy at a hunting lodge near Ideal, SD).

Attendees are responsible for the hotel block which is set up for May 11^th and 12^th in Sioux Falls (they have complimentary breakfast).

The double occupancy hunting lodge May 13^th. IF you do NOT want to share a room with someone, you can register for a single room for $290 total instead of the $200 total registration cost.

If there is someone you can “tolerate” better than others, you can make your own arrangements as to who to share the room with and let us know on your registration form. Otherwise, we can draw straws (with obvious parameters in place) for sharing of the rooms.

Breakfast on the 14^th will also be included in the registration fee. We will depart for Sioux Falls on the morning of the 14^th and hope to have everyone back there before noon.

We realize this may be a bit unique when it comes to your typical meeting, but we feel the challenges will be worth it when considering what we are going to see. Besides, the best part of meetings is the social interaction anyway, right?
